Jamie Cole, Founder + Chief breather

Marketing is Jamie's primary profession. Since the early 1990’s, Jamie has had a wonderful career involving marketing communications and sports marketing. Jamie enjoys working with a wide variety of companies to help them grow their businesses with a strategic, results-oriented and nimble approach.

Teaching fitness is another passion of Jamie's; she started teaching at the tender age of 15, and has been teaching ever since. Jamie has taught everything from high impact aerobics (leg warmers and all), to step, BOSU, core conditioning and spinning. Jamie is passionate about good health and thrives on inspiring others to feel their best.

Jamie has completed countless 5Ks, 10Ks, ran the New York Marathon in 1995 (one and done), and has competed in a dozen triathlons. One of Jamie’s favorite sports endeavors has been going on adventure bike trips, which have included rides on the big island of Hawaii, Croatia, Italy (Tuscany), and the California Wine Country.  Jamie was super proud to complete a 202-mile ride over the course of two days as part of VeloSano, an event that raises money for cancer research.

Jamie created breathe to bring dynamic women together to enjoy a beautiful setting, with delicious food, fun activities and meaningful conversation. While exercise and nutrition are important, Jamie believes women's connections with each other offers nourishment for the soul. The hope is that breathe gives women the license to have a much-needed annual check-up with themselves; and in reality, breathe has left an indelible imprint on all who have attended.

Jamie resides in Orange, OH with her hubby and has two daughters - one working and living in LA and one studying at Baldwin Wallace University.

Sindy Warren, Chief breathe Coach

Meet Sindy - a life coach, lawyer, and yoga and meditation teacher.  She started her career in the mid-90s right out of Stanford Law School, working in big firms in San Francisco, Boston, and Cleveland.  She started a human resources consulting business almost a decade later, where she used her legal skills to help employers optimize their workplace cultures.  She found a passion for yoga two decades ago, first as a dedicated student and then as a teacher.  She had her first book published in 2018, Radi8: Using the Practice of Yoga to Cultivate Your Inner Shine.  All of the pieces of her career led her to found Blue Tree Coaching, where she marries her work in mindfulness and high performance to help clients get powerful results in both their professional and personal lives.

Sindy is passionate about creating and cultivating authentic connections with other women.  She believes in the power of community, and she knows that when a group of kickas* women come together to talk, eat, laugh, move, and breathe, there’s nothing more nourishing for the body and spirit.

Sindy lives in Shaker Heights with her husband, daughter, and dog Woodrow, and has two amazing stepkids and three grandkids.
