In addition to your clothes and toiletries, we recommend you bring the following items:​

  • yoga mat

  • towels

  • swim suit and/or wetsuit

  • running shoes

  • hiking shoes (sneakers will be fine)

  • workout clothes for hiking, running, walking, yoga and kayaking

  • pants/sweatshirt for outdoor evening activities

  • rain gear

  • laundry bag

  • flashlight
